Prime Powerteam is thrilled to announce that our very own Arnaud Sabourin has won the 2024 RMC Ontario Championship in the Rotax Senior category! Arnaud’s consistent performance and dedication have earned him a well-deserved ticket to the Rotax Grand Finals in Sarno, Italy. He will proudly represent Prime Powerteam on the global stage, joining fellow teammate and Rotax Junior driver Pearce Wade in what promises to be an epic showdown against the world’s best karting talents.
A Season of Consistency and Grit
Arnaud’s journey to the championship was anything but easy, as he faced a highly competitive field of top-tier drivers throughout the season. However, it was his unwavering consistency and strategic mindset that set him apart. In the opening two rounds of the championship, Arnaud finished solidly in P6, laying a strong foundation. But it was his surge in the latter half of the season that sealed his victory. With podium finishes in the next three rounds, including a P3 at the prestigious Canadian Karting Nationals, Arnaud demonstrated his ability to perform under pressure when it mattered most.

Winning the RMC Ontario Championship is a massive accomplishment, especially in a series that features such fierce competition. On to the World Stage
The Rotax Grand Finals in Sarno, Italy, will be an exciting and challenging test, but we know that Arnaud is more than ready to take on this next step in his racing career. He will be joined by Prime Powerteam’s rising star, Pearce Wade, who secured his spot in the Rotax Junior category earlier this year. Together, they will represent both Prime Powerteam and Canada as they go head-to-head with the world’s top drivers.
